Guys did a great job putting in a tire plug after I picked up a bolt in my one of my new tires. They fixed it no charge and checked all my fluids and wheel alignment. I had a bad drivers wiper I've wanted to replace and their price was reasonable! Thanks Men!!

I got my inspection done. Nothing was wrong with my car. Then all of the sudden, they "conveniently" found something "wrong" so I wouldn't pass inspection until it was "fixed". I felt scammed and they just wanted to get money and overcharge someone.

Their tire machine damaged my wheel.
I emailed and also went there . I showed it to mgr Mike.
He said his company would have someone call or email me and take care of it.

Service person suggested I check the warranty on a part before buying there.
He was correct there was a warranty still on the old battery and I paid a fraction of the cost by going back to the place I had purchased it.
They lost the sale but gained a loyal customer. I'll definitely be back.

I started going to Dunn Tire years ago when I realized they did more than just tires. I had been taking my car to the dealership where it was purchased. They charged a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change and inspection. While at Dunn for a tire rotation, a serviceman answered a few questions of mine. Now my whole family goes to Dunn Tire. I've never had a bad experience! It's good to know I can always count on Dunn!

When I first contacted Dunn Tire to set up the appointment, the tires that I wanted were not available so they special ordered them. I figured it would take at least a week to 10 days for them to come in. It only took them 2 days to get here. Very pleased with how fast they came in.

Great group of people. Very professional and helpful. I was visiting Erie from Central PA, and I had a screw puncture that was unable to be repaired due to the location on the tire. They ordered a replacement tire, and scheduled us very quickly for service.

Will never go back here.
Everyone who works in the shop looks like they are 15 years old. Inspected my vehicle and quoted a ridiculous amount for a simple svc, took it elsewhere.
Took it back after issue was fixed (for 1/3 of the price they quoted) to get the sticker put on since i already paid them for inspection, they put sticker on and back of it was blank. Had to go back again for them to correct it.
