I was approached by one of the service employees and was recommended to get a coolant flush. I realized that it has been a few years, and I drove a lot this year, so I agreed.
Everything was done around an hour.

Dunn Tire on West Ridge Road in Rochester, NY, did an excellent job on my Dodge Caravan. I blew a radiator hose and my van immediately overheated, so I pulled over and had it towed to Dunn. They worded on it the next day and repaired it at the price they quoted and completed the work at the time they promised. They really came through for me and my Caravan runs perfectly, thank you Dunn Tire.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff and prompt service. I was having a problem with a slow leak in a tire and they were able to get me in the same day and I was in and out of the store within 45 minutes. They are the perfect example of excellent customer service.

Brought car to see why engine light was on. They checked all over and said I need new brakes among others. Made appt to have work done. Also found a Senior discount. They did the work and no problem at first. Had it looked at and found a wire wasn't connected to the brake which caused sensor to go on. They fixed it and no more problems

Decent experience for tires. Told me I needed an oil change 3 days after I had already changed my oil and said I couldn't get my state inspection until after I had my tags. Not entirely trustworthy.
