First day was three hours to have a puncture evaluated and another three hours to put the wrong load rated tire onto my car. Second day- manager was very competent and rectified the issue. Disappointed at the lack of attention to detail as well as the "too close to sidewall" evaluation, seems like a nail in your tire must be in the center line of the tire for them to patch it.

I like going to Dunn Tire because its convenient. Prices for tires are OK, could be cheaper. What I don't like is the constant up-sell. Its recommended to replace this or that, and the price is astronomical to do so. Are you not making enough on a set of tires and an alignment?

I was quoted over the phone a time frame to have 4 old tires removed and 4 new ones mounted. Unfortunately, there was more that needed to be done so it took longer than expected. But Dennis Page and Julie Stevens were both very helpful and professional with us. I would recommend Dunn Tire to anyone who needs new tires.

Charged me $50 for a certificate fee. Did my inspection knowing it wouldn't pass just to charge me the $21 dollars. Charged me for Oil separate from the oil change fee so that the oil change was almost $200. Just bad business

I believe that I was greatly overcharged! I was charged over $100.00 for each tire air sensor and charged $40.00 for 1 rear wiper blade! The tires are nice but the price was not!

Every time I have a major service done, I have to schedule a follow up service for them to finish the job. Seems like the mechanics get antsy when they near finish, and forget to do vitally important steps. This has happened twice to me. I will not be going back

My appointment was at 4 I was a few mins early & they took my car in right on time. It was fast & efficient. FYI if you have the tire pressure sensors remind them to reset them or you wont know which tire is actually low if one is. Overall very happy with the people & service from Dunn Tire, i'll be a repeat customer for sure.
