customer service is always good at this location. I will always chose Dunn before any other company because I feel treated fairly and charged reasonably. The biggest struggle at this location, because of the volume they do, is the ability to get through on the phone. However, once you do, it's always a great expoerience.

Front tire ran over screw; on the flat part of the tire, NOT sidewall; I think it could have been plugged, was told it couldn't. They put the donut spare on a front tire, and told they had to order the tire, it would take a week! They should not have put that spare on the front for a week on a front wheel drive car!!

I visited Dunn for tire rotation and was told my rear tires were worn almost to the point of failing NYS inspection. A recommendation was made to replace the tires, which gave me pause because I traveled only 30 K miles on these tires warranted for 70K.
