Friendly staff had a great buying experience but will not buy from any Duncan dealerships again they don't keep their agreements once they get your money they don't want to know you no more and make sure you get all your agreements done and things fixed before they get paid

From the time I walked in the door at Duncan Suzuki until I left, I was pleasantly pleased with the service. I would recommend this location to others. The salesperson and management were super friendly. Being a woman, I felt comfortable that I was getting a good deal. They took care of getting my other car towed in. Great service all around!!

I bought my jeep from Duncan in Pulaski and all of my services are done there. Oil change. Etc. Casey and Allen are excellent overseeing the service dept. They are honest and explain everything. I wouldnt go anywhere else but to them. Thanks guys! You're the best!

Car was brought in for an oil change and rough running. It took a few because of mechanic attendance issues. A stab at fixing the rough running by changing spark plugs did not help. I did not like their random fix approach. Lost faith in their capability. I took the car to another mechanic who immediately diagnosed a dead spark coil and fixed the problem. Wil not return.
