I was not pleased. TPMS light was on but the tire pressure was fine so we surmised that the sensor(s) were bad. I waited. The gentleman at the service desk told me all four sensors needed to be replaced. He quoted me $1,000. When checked out he charged me $1,300. That is a long way from $1,000 and an absurd charge. I found out later that I could have had the work done for one-half what you charged me. I won't be back.

I was very happy with every detail 1.You fit in my oil change the same day. 2. Two different people went over the procedures needed before I go through the car wash. 3. Still very worried about going through the car wash so you've had it washed before I drove home. 4. You're waiting area was large enough that I could avoid sitting near the gentleman with the bad cold.

Had an appointment for an oil change and it took almost 2 hours. I expected maybe an hour, but 2?! Also, pointed out (for the 2nd time that a recommended service had already been done, but it continues to show up on the invoice. I was told it can't be removed - I don't believe that. Mechanic left car running outside, wasting gas. In the past they haven't left it running. A little disappointed in this visit due to the above.

Danny, service manager, has the paperwork ready for me to sign after he confirms the service to be done. When I go to the waiting area, it is clean and comfortable. I came in because I found a screw embedded in one of my tires. Danny had a mechanic check it, removed the screw, and checked the tire pressure using the TPS readout to make sure the screw had not penetrated all the way through. (It had not.) They didn't charge me for the time or visit.

The car is new and we were charged $493 for a routine service. When we purchased a car, we opted for an option that we paid approximately seven dollars a month for that covered routine service costs.
In any case, $493 for routine service is absurd on a new car. This is the 5th car I have bought from Dulles Motors and I am more than disappointed.
