The staff are all friendly and not pushy. Our salesman, Ryan was a delight. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We are repeat buyers from Duke. They treat their customers as welcome guests. I have been back to this dealership because I couldn't figure out how some of the things on my car worked and Ryan had the ability and the patience to quickly resolve my "problems".

The service was excellent. I liked the fact that they provided me a ride home (20 miles) so I wouldn't have to stay and wait for my car to be serviced and they offered me a ride back for pickup. Although I understand, I don't like the fact that they now charge customers 3% to use credit cards. Oh well ...

The service was excellent. The time to accomplish the service was not good. I was in the waiting room for seven hours while waiting for my oil change, state inspection and new tires to be installed. The video running in the waiting room would sterilize a a persons brain.

From what I can tell, Duke did an excellent and thorough job on repairing the damage on my Silverado. They were very accommodating on working with me on scheduling. When it was completed, they went above and beyond the limits set by my insurance company, at no cost to me!

There are too many things that have been done to my vehicles that cost a lot to fix. It has taken a toll on me having to pay them a lot of money. I don't feel good about having those vehicles, taking them there to get worked on, and feeling like I am spending a lot on them every time I have been there.

Hi Mr. Edwards, I am sorry to see you gave us a 1 star review. I spoke to Warren, and he advised me that both of your vehicles are 2008's and have some wear and tear. He said that we explained what was needed to pass the VA state inspection, and that you agreed to do those repairs. I think we have even offered to trade you out of both and get you into a newer vehcile. We're doing our job to help you, and go by the VA state inspection requirements, and yes vehicles can be expesive to maintain. Hopefully you will reconsider and give us a better review as we have been doing all we can to help you maintain your vehicles. Thanks, Eley Duke

I have always been happy with my service at Duke and I am still happy about the service but I made my appointment six weeks in advance for my air bag recall but when I got there I got my oil change and inspection but no air bag work because the part was not there. I drove an hour and half for the appointment. Now I don't know when I will get my recall done.

The experience was excellent. When I drove in to the DUKE maintenance facility, I was met immediately with a Duke employee who had my paperwork in hand. He took the car and I enjoyed the coffee in the waiting room. About just less than an hour later the maintenance had been completed and I had the car back. Another successful Duke evolution completed. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism.
