Overall was a good experience, it took them longer to do the software update and oil change then I expected but it was nice that they shuttled me to and from my house while I wait. My only concern is they are more expensive than the other Jeep dealership in the area for their oil change and tire rotation service.

He has the worst attitude and treats his coworkers horribly. Good luck trying to get a response from anyone here. Manny in service was super nice and went above and beyond.

The repair was completed last month about check engine light for my Jeep Renegade 2023 and again today showed up and for the same reason, showing the same code like last time. So they didn't repair it properly and it seems that they're just trying to fix it but they can't fix anything.

Armondo was a good service advisor. However, after the initial fix the engine light came back on and come to find out that they didn't do a complete eval to make sure everything was operating properly. It ended up that the repairs now were going to be more than the vehicle worth. I would have like to have known that prior to already putting in the money in the initial repairs.

Have a leaking cab and somehow no one has seem to find a resolution, its ridiculous you pay all this money for a car and something so simple cant be fixed. I wish I could say Id recommend this place but so far, I would not. I have immediate family looking for a new car and told them to steer clear from here.
