The front desk staff greet me and was very friendly, the sales person that took me to their desk didn't have much knowledge, just took all my personal and income, ID, social security documents and didn't work with me to find ways to get a estimate, didn't show me any cars either or explain anything. I was looking for answers I didn't receive.

The were great on the communication but the car had major problems with the ball joints and was pulling on all over the road during my test drive, I was very nervous driving this car and told the sales girl that they should address this issue before they let anyone else test drive that mini cooper.

However, you persisted on driving the vehicle to see how bad the issue was and we did what you wished.

I went to view the vehicle I was interested in. When I got there, the car was missing door handles. The service was average due to the salesman being on the phone making deals most of the time. When I finally got to speak with the salesman, he stated that he could get the door handles fixed. My problem with that is when the car was advertised, it did not state nor show missing door handles.

I received an email about a vehicle I was interested in, and responded I would come see it on Saturday. The young lady at the office was pleasant, however, the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and came to see...did not start. Kind of disappointing. I found another vehicle I was interested in while I was there, but two of the lights came on , on the dash. I asked her to contact the owner and let us know if he was willing to do any work to fix the lights on the dash, and just to let me know before I made a decision to buy...unfortunately, no one ever contacted me back-one way or the other, I may have purchased a vehicle at this dealership, but I feel they don't have the courtesy to call you back one way or another. I would not return to the dealership.
