This is why you were asked to put a deposit. Sales person sometimes leaves at 5 and others stay till 8. They have no idea if the car is sold. So, your point only makes you look incompetent and angry. I visited the site and no salesman approached my wife and I although 2 salesmen walked past us. We opened the unlocked vehicle and it was a total piece of trash, the electrical driver's seat was ripped, the inside roof had obvious water damage, tail-lights were damage. They were asking $12,000, I wouldn't given them 12 dollars. Junk doesn't begin to describe it.

I purchased this vehicle unseen through pictures of they posted. The purchase of the vehicle and the financing was good even though we experienced a few hiccups. As far as picking up the vehicle, I was disappointed. After signing all the documents, I was told that the AC was not working. They didn't have time to fix it and I'd have to bring it back. mind you it's a two hour ride to the dealership and a two hour ride back home. When I drove home, I found the cruise control did not work and The anti-sway light was on the dashboard. I spoke to the owner his response was he does not get involved in it nor does he want to, I've made an appointment hopefully to resolve the issues we will see.
