Mike tried to put me in something, and did at least call back and engage. But the high turn over at the direct drive with vehicles and the not personal to customers lacks the luster for some Buyers. Where they might care for one isn't the same for all.

Van is scratched up every where , needs new tires , had a recall on it that wasn't fixed . Love the van but geesh why can't they be upfront and 100% honest

There is pretty much no negotiating with them, it is basically their way, or move on, they sell a lot of cars so they know if you don't buy it sombody will. The salesman I dealt with was very nice and helpful, the vehicle was cleaned up very well, it looked like a new one.
