They informed me it would take two hours for oil change, tire rotation, and two recalls. In at 10:00 am and back on the road at 12:00 noon. Great service, and very clean dealership.

Took care of a recall on my Acadia. Once they received the part, it only took about 45 minutes to do the repair. The service department has always been great. I would highly recommend Dow Autoplex Service!

Worst shop ever. Oil changed and they have me back the car with a check engine light on. Think they left the engine air filter off and dirt got into a sensor and in the engine. This was not the first time I have had issues over the last five years but will be the very last time this dealer gets my business.

Went in for a routine Oil change and check out the A/C which wasnt cooling as it should. They checked the A/C and found the rear evaporator was leaking Freon, so they replaced it and recharged the A/C with Freon. Im a happy customer...cold air conditioning is great in Texas in the summertime.
