I called before going there to ask if I needed an appt for an oil change and tire rotation and what the charge would be for both and was quoted a price of $57 and when I went to pay after the service I was told it would be $80 something so I questioned the owner about the higher price so he did honor the original quote so I was pleased with that.

I found the experience to be very accommodative. For one thing they drove me to my home while they worked on my car and took me back to the business when my vehicle was fixed. Doug did not try to get me to do something on my car it did not need. I knew exactly what it would cost before the work began. In fact, the actual cost was less than the quote because a certain part was not needed.

The mechanics at Doug's pro lube have saved my bacon twice in the last month. The sliding door on my van was stuck open and they fixed it right away. They fixed my steering pump as well and kept the costs down. They are knowledgeable, reputable, and very capable. I highly recommend them!

As always, Doug's Pro Lube was top notch! I was in a hurry and in addition to an oil change I asked for a tire rotation as well. The bay used for tire rotation was full, and them knowing I needed to go quickly, they jacked truck up outside in the heat, and rotated tires outdoors to accommodate my schedule. 5 Stars all the way to Doug and all his staff. They are wonderful!!

I always feel confident in their service, and I don't feel that they try to sell me an unnecessary filter change or anything. However, their prices are a bit high, since they don't include vacuuming or a car wash, so be aware of this if cost is a factor for you!
