Lost two (low profile) tires and one rim to a pothole late Thursday night. I had the car towed to Doug's and the car was good to go Monday afternoon. The cost was higher than I had hoped, but they did a good job of communicating what was available -- lower cost options would have taken much longer. The new tires have great traction and are quieter than the OEM tires.

Good service but recommended expensive brake pad replacement. I got them replaced on my own for 1/4 of their price quote. Good service but $1400 to replace brake pads was extremely overpriced.

I made an appointment and arrived on time. They got the car in immediately and did the tire rotation and state inspection while I waited, which was perhaps 15 minutes. Also, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of 'stuff' I didn't need. I will definitely go back!

I was in Pittsboro for a meeting. When leaving to travel back to Greensboro, I noticed one of my tires was I was almost flat. Dougs Tire and Auto was recommended. I was able to drive my car to their shop, and they said they could help get me back in the road home. In less than a hour, my tire was patched and balanced. I would highly recommend Dougs for a job well done at a great price.

Great service, as usual! I brought my vehicle in at the appointed time, and they called me later on the same day to review their findings and recommended solutions. They had to keep my vehicle overnight while waiting for the parts to arrive. Sean, the technician that worked on my vehicle, came in very early the next day to complete the work on my vehicle and it was finished by mid-morning! Outstanding service by Sean!
