Horrible. Dishonest and incompetent. They lied on my invoice about work that wasn't performed. They caused an issue with my sunroof that didn't exist prior to my service. I am still in a loaner because everything takes an eternity to be completed. Atrocious!

Jonathan was outstanding as a service consultant. Hope VW Doral keeps the good work with people like him. My issue was resolved the same day.
By the way while waiting I noticed that all cars for sale did not have the pesky dealer add on stickers over the MSRP.. This is very positive since that practice is hated by all customers. This dealership has changed for the better.

Was very surprised on the level of service, the advisor was Jonathan. This is a 2025 Jetta SE which damaged part was in factory backorder. He made everything possible to get the part shipped from the plant.. This is my daughter's car. The week before I took my Mercedes for warranty service at at Mercedes Benz dealership and the experience was horrible. So go figure why I was surprised of how I was treated at Doral VW.

Service advisor totally unknowledgeable, obviously not his fault, management throw him to without previous training.
I did a routine maintenance and they didn't replace the oil change sticker remainder.
At Doral VW is always a roulette with your service advisor they have so many rotation.
