The technician didn't check the vehicle I have to check my tires and they didn't rotate them I come back and asked about that and I was right they didn't the tires rotation , sincerely I didn't trust if my front brakes and oil change was did it , is the second time they don't do the job well , I think I will write a report to consumer service department to make sure all is ok with my vehicle

He provided me with the estimated time required for the service. Two hours later I was informed that my truck was ready for pick up.

Poor communication. I arrived and was sent from one service person to another until they sort it out who was going to be handling the service. They did not tell me what was going to be done to my car, it ends up it was just for tire rotation. i needed help with the hood of my car, that is under warranty, and was handed a piece of paper with a number for me to call a body shop.

They told me I would have to wait two to three hours. I called to arrange for someone to pick me up, and then 40 minutes later they called to say it was ready. I think that before giving an estimated waiting time, they should make sure they have the correct information so as not to waste the customer's time and money.

They didn't check my car , the windshield liquid was empty and my brakes are bad too , the advisor told me everything is perfect and he lied , the last services are very poor the customer service and attention , they are more alert on offer you to change your vehicle and take you vehicle but service is very poor I will change my service to another toyota dealer

Customer Service is almost non existent. Don't bother trying to call to make appointments - they do not answer the line! When you make your appointment, the agent will likely be late to service your plan/appointment. They try to deny your warranty plan. What a terrible dealership service to deal with!

The supervisor's attention was excellent, as was Roberto Mojena's. The only issue was that the mechanic who worked on my vehicle damaged my tires and lug nuts, along with the rest of the tires. I warned him to take precautions and use a Teflon tool to avoid damaging the tires, but he did the exact opposite. I will be filing a claim against the mechanic for the damages.

The service manager was an aggressive and cra ppy person. I had to involve the manager. He still tried to be argumentative with the manager. I took my car for a oil change and tire rotation. I only got the oil change. they didn't rotate my tires. This place is a dump. They treat you like it's an alleyway mechanic shop doing things under the table.

I took it in for a sensor that was activated. After 3 hours of service, they handed me the car back with the same problem. I drove 3 miles and it stopped again. It stayed in the middle of the road, so I had to call a tow truck. They had it for me for 3 days again. Finally, it came out without the problem.

I had only one minor issue, which I was able to resolve on my own. The glovebox door was removed to service the cabin filter, and was not reinstalled correctly. The glovebox door was visibly not closing correctly. I was able to remove and reinstall the glove box door correctly in under three minutes. I recommend this dealership for service.

Doral Toyota at its best is a an acceptable combination of taking care of the customer with appropriate speed and efficiency. Now I've been in twice asking a simple favor like tire pressure which they sometimes forget but then again there is no perfect car dealership experience.
