Buying experience, Headquater Toyota is much better. Customer care needs improvements in Doral Toyota. The second key of the car I bought is lost at the dealer or in some body's house. And the dealer having my address, I do not feel my car is safe. But the service shop, including my service adviser were excellent. Highly recommend. Much better than Headquater Toyota.

JC Capdevilla excellent service advisor Only problem I purchased wheels locks when I purchased my car No problem with the locks every time I came to service at Doral Toyota Last visit mechanic said the wheel locks are stripped No other Mechanic has touched my car other than Doral Toyota Can it be mechanic error in placement Now I have to go back again so they can remove that wheel locks and purchase them from Toyota

They have extensive experience in all the administrative process of buying a car and even have en in house insurance agent that can help you set up the same day. The sales department are welcoming and explain the steps and costs of buying a car. However sometimes their sales tactics can feel aggresive and pushy. Prices can be slightly above market because of this.

The service writer didn't want to address my concerns about my rear seat belt issues. He said it was NORMAL. I was like what? So I didn't want to argue. Just got an oil change and left. I called Toyota Corporate to complain. Also I called the Doral Dealer and spoke to the customer service manager. I also called the service manager and complained. This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I always get my maintenance and oil changes done at the dealership because they know what they're doing and are very efficient. The only thing is that, compared to other dealershipswhich wash your car and vacuum the interiorToyota doesn't do that. The price is very high just for an oil change; they really should offer something extra, even if it's just a souvenir. Regards Luis A.

After I paid, I requested my keys was told to wait when the keys were in a basket and within range I asked could I just get the keys and was told no. Made me wait for someone else to grab them instead of juat handing me my keys. Female that told me to wait was making coffee as it looked like. Not very professional at all.

The technician didn't check the vehicle I have to check my tires and they didn't rotate them I come back and asked about that and I was right they didn't the tires rotation , sincerely I didn't trust if my front brakes and oil change was did it , is the second time they don't do the job well , I think I will write a report to consumer service department to make sure all is ok with my vehicle

Poor communication. I arrived and was sent from one service person to another until they sort it out who was going to be handling the service. They did not tell me what was going to be done to my car, it ends up it was just for tire rotation. i needed help with the hood of my car, that is under warranty, and was handed a piece of paper with a number for me to call a body shop.

They told me I would have to wait two to three hours. I called to arrange for someone to pick me up, and then 40 minutes later they called to say it was ready. I think that before giving an estimated waiting time, they should make sure they have the correct information so as not to waste the customer's time and money.
