They owe me an under hood insulation, it is even written on the "what we owe" section of the sale agreement form but they are not picking up their phones or returning to my messages. Also the person who sold me the car is already quit his job and he says he can't help me

The car was not available after driving over an 1 hour to get there and 3 calls that morning to confirm before renting a car to travel to the dealership. I was very disappointed and felt lied to. The can had gone to auction they said. So say that before you trick me to come and and then try to sell me a whole different car Bait and switch!

The experience in the dealer was very good, they received my car immediately, kept me informed about maintenance and it was quite quick. I waited for my car only about 1 hour while they delivered it to me after doing the maintenance service. Maria and Doral Lincoln's team always makes me feel like I belong in the family and that's very important to me. If I could give it 10 stars, I'd fall short. My experience was excellent.
