Wait time is exaggerating. They give you the appointment and it is not until 3 hours later that you get your car back. They do not honor the first quote. They changed my rate the following week that I went for service.

Cable and light bulb were bad. Cable covered under warranty, bulb was not. Would not replace the cable without the lightbulb. Charged me $4.50 for the bulb, $40.50 labor to install the bulb. These people are sharks.

I believe this dealer is always out to charge more money. Minimum to diagnose what is wrong with the car is $299. I believe if the fix is less, they will charge the $299 regardless.

Limited service to move around when waiting the car.
They wanted to over charge on some items that were not necessary for the year of the car.
Car was not washed, first delivered dirty and after claiming it was delivered wet.
