Poor customer service. My husbands and I were there for over 30 minutes in the rain before anyone even spoke to us. We left and when we got home there was an email asking when we were coming by!!!! I know that that they try not to be pushy but general courtesy would be nice. They had a car that we wanted but did not offer much on my trade so we are looking elsewhere.

The car and its price were great! The experience was fine. I let them know I was coming to the dealership as soon as my loan processed. Unfortunately, the car was not ready for test driving when I arrived. Despite having my payment in hand, the wait was still pretty ridiculous. They were very busy. But, the receptionist was very nice and very pleasant. She kept apologizing for the wait.

This dealership is the most efficiently ran business I've seen in a long time. The salesperson called me from my CARFAX email. She set up an appointment for me to drive the vehicle. It was pulled up front by a valet when I got there. I was greeted by a receptionist who gave me the keys. We drove it and when we parked it back in a parking spot labeled "test drive parking".
