In addition to the regular check up, I asked that the front windshield washer be looked at because it won't spray fluid. When I picked up the car, they said the tube that feeds the washer was damaged and replaced. Apparently the technician didn't check (neither did I) but I found later it still did not work and I had top make another appointment. Otherwise I enjoy working with the service shop.

I have had my vehicles serviced here for years. If the mechanic finds anything that needs attention, they advise you first before they replace or fix it. I appreciate it. The staff are always friendly and courteous.
