I do not like pressure from service personnel to provide unnecessary repairs to my car. The shuttle drivers were very nice. I like that they did not smoke or play the radio loud . They were respectful.

Service advisor was so rude. Had an appointment at 7:00pm. They took in the truck for oil change only and gave it back to me around 8:43pm!!! Almost two hours. And the service advisor had attitude and was not professional at all!!
