Just purchased the truck about 2 months and had to get air compressor put in for rear . Have a warranty thank god. They had my truck for a week . Never once did anyone ask did we need a rental or loaner. Left the truck on quarter tank when it was half full.

Dropped in to see if I could get a tire rotation and balance. Didn't have an appointment and immediately got me in. Decent wait time considering the work being done. My only suggestion is that a air freshener hung in the vehicle would be nice to get rid of the garage smell.

As usual, servicing was done in a timely fashion. Before replacing a tire that could not be repaired, they confirmed the price with me. Didn't have to make an appointment to have the tire replaced when it came in. Good, respectful, and friendly service. The only problem - they forgot to screw the cap back on the valve stem.

Oil change was fine. However, appointment time was 9:30. Because I didn't wait in the service area, they didn't do my car right away. I waited for the call to come get my car. When 1.5 hours went by I called to see if it was done. Was another 30 minutes. We make appointments to get it done at a certain time. Because it wasn't done promptly, the person who picked me up had to wait for it to get done.

Speed of fixing the issue was positive. Explanation and being quoted and charged a $150 diagnostic fee even when I had them complete the work after diagnosis. Purchased car new from dealer- all service at dealer- bought tires at dealer and was told the $150 would not be anyway counted toward service. When I asked if there was anyone else or talk with about this, service person said he was "in charge" and there was nobody else. I am impressed he is the one in charge of the whole place and he has no boss. My wife and I are in the market to buy new car (told service man this) and I now have trust issues with Don Franklin. $1300 service which apparently included $150 to tell me what was wrong. Not pleased with Don Franklin right now.
