On my new car 1 year old I went in for loud tire noise. The tech said new cars come with cheap tires and only get 35000 miles. I have 27000 miles. The tires were cupped and was told one story. The paperwork said I went In for a tire light on. So disappointed in the quality of the tire, the lack of fixing the problem with inferior tires. Mostly upset that I was given a made up story.

I liked the donuts. I liked the water. I liked the multi-point inspection. I liked my rain check for a car wash. I liked my service guy. Everyone is always so nice at Don Carlton Honda in Tulsa. The only thing I didn't like was how long I had to wait for the garage door to be opened. It was cold outside!

Service adviser was good. After I drove the car home and parked it in the garage, I found a pool of oil on my garage floor the next day after backing out. They obviously didn't even bother to wipe it off. Don Carlton is not what it used to be. I don't find the dealership to have much integrity. I probably have purchased my last vehicle from them.

I recently had service on my 2019 Honda recall. I was very pleased in the way I was treated. Very respected. I have snow white hair and am often misconceived as an old woman that knows nothing. I hate that. Thank you for your respect, and in return I respect you and your business and being courteous to an older woman, that is really pretty cool and smart.

Service was good but I had a 12:00 appointment at the Express Lane and they took my car right in. The appt took 1.5 hours! My car sat outside finished for half an hour after seeing it sit there for 15 minutes, I finally asked and after another 15 minutes got apologies for my extended wait because the person overseeing my service went to lunch so nobody realized my completed ticket hadn't been processed.

I have used the Express Service for several years. I love the way that I am treated. Everyone is very respectful and kind. As a single woman, I have been treated at other shops like I am completely stupid and know nothing about my car. I have never experienced that treatment at Don Carlton.

I got an oil change/tire rotation. Terrence was very helpful and was quick to inform me that I also needed to change my engine filter. The service was very quick! My only issue is that it doesn't seem like the oil percentage was not reset in the car diagnostics, so I will need to figure out how to do that myself. However, that is probably a simple fix.

The air conditioner needed charged, which is the first time I ever needed that. I bought the car new at Don Carlton in October 2025, as I recall. When I picked up the vehicle on a Saturday I was told the A/C coolant was the incorrect coolant, but it wasn't the normal service person, Lance. I called on Monday asking for an explanation and my call was never returned. The A/C now works fine, but I never got my question answered.

I brought running car in to have some error messages checked .Don Carlton upgraded the software, said everything is fine ($600.00) and sent me on my way. Ten miles later all the error messages are back. I returned to the Don Carlton shop. They rechecked and recommended a $1600 fix. I declined. Driving the car home it cut power to only 25 mph, a safety feature of the upgraded program.
