The service to the car was great. It was completed in the time frame that Dillon said it would be. It has performed as it should since I was there. The only negative was that I had to wait for over an hour to get the shuttle. Then there were many more customers waiting on the shuttle than he could take. I made sure I was on it but the others I am sure were upset to have to wait longer.

After having our vehicle for a week, our vehicle mirror was still not working properly and even though they told us they replaced the whole mirror, it is obvious this isn't true because the mirror is still broken with the exact same problem with pieces of it missing like before.

Beware of over charging for their services. Quoted $445 cost to replace two rear shocks. Got a quote for shock replacement at other service shop for $202. Can you say highway robbery?

Took in for battery sensor recall. Found battery to be bad also. Replaced noisy rear wheel bearing as well. Only had to pay for battery, excellent value. Finished before promised time.

The service was great in and out in a decent amount of time , reason for 3 stars is they need to slow down and pay attention to detail they left the old oil change sticker on the window and placed the new sticker/reminder next to it .

The passenger side window regulator motor failed. So i had don ayre honda on lima rd. replace it. At $435.25 it's certainly isn't cheap. But the window works again.

Service to replace the infamous Takata airbag. The counter representative was great, and they did the work promptly. As I am recently disappointed with my usual garage, I may give Don Ayres a try next time my Honda needs routine service.
