I was impressed how quickly I was greeted and my vehicle was checked in and moved to "sick bay". My courtesy ride from Dolan was waiting for me and dropped me home efficiently and safely. My vehicle recovered quickly from service and was ready early; my courtesy ride picked me up promptly and whoosh, we were back at the service bay where my vehicle awaited. Lovely experience all around.

Service was good, service representative was not. I asked her about an extended service contact since mine was ending and she advised that she would send someone over to talk to me but never happened. Asked for car wash, no car was available today. Told it be approximately 90 minutes and it was 140 minutes and I had an appointment .

I had an appointment for 1030am I live in a rural area takes 45 minutes to get there Arrived at 1015 am. Car wasn't ready until 2pm it was just an oil change and regular inspection Everyone was courteous the waiting area was standing room only when I arrived so I think they double booked or were shorthanded.

Service was good, took along time to get completed, short staff. Also the young gentleman checking me in had no clue that there was recommended service that was due to be done. I did not find out until they had completed other service that my car needed. Now I have to make another appointment and wait for it to be completed.

I was tended to as soon as I arrived early. The service rep advised of the breakdown of my services and cost for the 70,000 miles. I was advised how long it would take, however my car was finished an hour sooner. I have always service my car at Dolan.

Subaru took my Toyota to the Toyota dealer for a diagnostic on my audio system. They wanted to charge me 1200 dollars to tear apart the doors to check the speakers. My radio and speakers are covered by a warranty, but they will not cover that, nor will I. It's ridiculous.

just don't like the fact that is it all done by robot and computer - only personal contact was at check in with a member spent 5 minutes on her phone to figure out what needed to be done - then got a text at the end asking me to pay on the phone - no personal contact at all to let me know the results of the visit

I told them not to rotate tires because they had been done at Costco the week before. They didn't read the notes and rotated tires. Now they have to rotate them again. This will involve driving there again and sitting for at least 30 minutes. Other then that excellent service

The Customer Service by the Dolan Toyota Rep named Sierra Murphy was EXCELLENT! The only thing that wasn't so good was, it took about an hour longer than estimated to complete the service. But as long as it was done properly, that's the priority, that's what's most important.

I just came in for a tire rotation. They didn't do it because the tires were too worn. Checked fluids which I could have done. Then tried to sell me all kinds of things. Sort of a wasted afternoon for me. See you in March for a real service. Jim Whiteley

5000 mile service (Tire rotation, brake inspection, check fluid levels and filters and the 4Runner got a wash & dry. The cabin air filter was found "dirty" - surprising, since the vehicle is less than three months new AND we have yet to take it off-road / dirt roads ... Dolan wanted over $50 for the cabin filter - I said "No thank you" ... purchased an OEM cabin filter for less than $10 and I will install the filter myself ...

Lots of service people. Served promptly. Listened to my needs when they tried to upsell services. Just wanted LOF change, tire rotation, very basic. Service took about 2 hours, which seems reasonable. I paid a little bit more than I thought I had to, but that comes from going to dealer. Very professional. Building had nice chairs, free wifi and coffee, so I could continue working on laptop. overall, good experience.

Made an appointment and dropped my car off at 7:45am for an oil change. They told me my car would be ready by 11:30am. It wasn't ready until 1:30pm. Over 5 hours for an oil change, WITH an appointment. It should NOT take that long. A complete waste of your day. They do offer shuttle service, if you want them to drive you home instead of waiting at the service station, but don't make any other plans for the day

The new service process is a disaster. Extremely impersonal. Service takes way too long. Appointments dont seem to mean anything. Would like to take the service survey from Dolan Toyota but the link they sent to the survey didnt take me to a survey. I purchased my vehicle from Dolan Toyota and have always had it serviced there, but I think in the future I will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Having services recommended that arent necessary or appropriate impacts trust so I now feel I cant rely on the service department to provide accurate guidance and recommendations. New tires were recommended. They have 25k on them and are totally fine. This in addition to a number of other recommendations that were questionable. Bums me out. First Toyota and we love it but didnt have this issue with Hyundai service department.

Hopefully, this was the final repair for a faulty ABS light issue that has been going on for a year now. For the pst few months, I have been working with Jiro Ramirez dealing with this ongoing problem. Jiro has been really good and been the high spot in this ongoing issue. He is very professional, yet friendly, and explains well.

When I dropped my car off for routine maintenance I was told it would take all day. I was surprised when I received a call at lunch time that my car was ready. And it didnt cost as much as was quoted for the additional services that was required for the mileage. Fast and friendly service.

Easily scheduled. Met by courteous service team member. The cellphone based check in worked well. Quick service. Would have preferred to have mileage based service recommendations in advance so I could plan ahead and think about them in advance. Where is the recommended service schedule in the documents I received at sale?

The service was done within the time estimated. I responded an approval by the app informing me of an additional service needed but the app did not transfer my approval to the service person who had to call me. You should check the operation of the app.
