Had an issue with my 2020 Corolla, which turned out to be a leaking coolant bypass valve. This was a problem recognized by Toyota, and the component was replaced by this dealership at no cost to me. Everyone in the service department, especially Andrew, the Service Advisor, was exceptionally professional and courteous, with an attention to detail in making sure the job was done right. Service here has always been questionable. Had issue with my battery which I brought up. It wasn't unit after my battery warranty expired that they told me I needed a new battery. Same with my breaks. I told them I had some rattling while braking and 3 services later I was told I needed new breaks. Every service I'm told I need a new cabin filter. Always say yes. This dealership seems shady to me

Communication lacking. Order the wrong parts for my car and it isn't the first time it happened. Front service employees at check in were great. Service advisor assigned to needs training and technician who ordered the parts also needs more training to avoid mistakes.

Took from 10am to 540pm. to do service campaign a 2hr job. They did throw in a 10k service and washed my car. I wanted to buy a new pickup. But waiting for my cars recall than service campaign. Cured me of that. 11hr day with travel time. Staff is always pleasant.

Dolan's was an easy to connect with for my recall service. I was able to schedule the work at a convenient time, the check in process was easy, and their communication about the work was good. Once there I was told that they would need the vehicle all day, but they provided a shuttle ride for me home. I was notified when it was ready, and check out was a breeze.

The Service Department, and our Service Advisor, were very efficient as they had the work order ready to go when we arrive at 8AM. They did all of the work requested and were finished almost two hours earlier than they promised. We were very please with their service

Very easy to make an appointment and everyone was very friendly. However, I dropped my car off for a regular service at 10:15am and it wasn't ready for pick up until 3:30pm. This seems a little excessive to me. Especially since they no longer provide loner cars. I was given the option to sit there all day, or to get a ride home.

Great experience, as usual. Quick check-in, got a ride home, work was completed earlier than estimated and price was a bit lower than the estimate. Justin texted me two recommendations after the inspection, both of which I could do myself. No pressure whatsoever to have their mechanic do them.

Irresponsible people in service department, kept 10 days to fix the issue but asking to keep it again because the parts on the way from TOYOTA. Two weeks gone no update for the parts. Car still in warranty, seems like they trying to pass the warranty period to cut my pocket! Frustrated with service department people

When We purchased this vehicle we were told that it came with 2 years of Full Service. I was at my 8:00 appointment and was told that changing my oil and filter was Not part of Toyotas Full Services. (Very Misleading) Otherwise everything else was taken care of and being addressed...

Check in was a little backed up due to a shortage of check in agents and technical advisors, but the actual work on the car went smoothly and quickly. Our tech advisor gave us progress updates frequently. The cost was reasonable.
