The customer service was excellent - my only disappointment is that a wrong part was delivered, which meant that I was stuck in Beaumont with no car and my husband had to make two round trips from Lake Charles to pick me up and bring me back two days later. . A loaner car would have saved my husband the time and gas involved in 2 round trips from Lake Charles to Beaumont.

Overall everyone was kind and easy discuss things with, but status updates were very rare and getting in contact with people was impossible. The repair was completed in a month's time, luckily I was able to get a loaner. Unfortunately Mazda corporate misdiagnosed this issue and it has yet to be fixed. Waiting for another loaner to be available so I can drop my car off for service again.

The customer service representative was friendly; however, my service request was incomplete. When it was brought to their attention during pickup a follow up call was given as a solution. I have yet to receive the call with any information.

The service center had my car for MAYBE two hours for a full service and the price was very reasonable for the amount of stuff they did on it. Everyone I spoke to there was very polite and helpful.

Pitiful. Took two weeks to change a Nox sensor. In the meantime, they lost the car for three days (on their lot). Everyone we dealt with was unhappy. Next service will be in Houston (two hours further from where we live). We won't deal with these people again.

Im not happy at all! While my care was getting serviced, they dealt with my rotors that needed to be fixed, I noticed that two of my lug nuts, the tops of the metal are cut away and missing, apparently they used the wrong stud and busted through. How can you give a customer their car back like that and not replace what was broke.

My son actually took the vehicle in for service. He said that the wait wasn't terrible. But on the way home he called me to say it was making a new noise, It turns out that there were leaves in the cabin air filter. I think the dealership should have checked this before they released the car. Also, the tires were rotated, but the air pressure was not checked, The indicator was on that the pressure was low. i had to check (and fill) all four tires, I think this should have been included in the service, I am actually not sure I will bring the car back there for service. I can get the oil changed closer to home and get the tires rotated for free where I bought the tires..
