I was happy with entire experience. The peolple setting up service and recieving car were competent and efficient. They were in honest in estimate of time repairs/service would take. They called promptly when car was ready. When I went to pick it up, it was in fact ready as was the invoice shich was about what I had been quoted and was expecting. Overall, efficient and competent service, which is what I want.

Useless no one knows what's going on they never tell you an exact time you're vehicle is going to be ready took them 2 months to repair a differential they never call you to let you know anything you have to call them and figure it out yourself because no one knows what's going on at service

Service (The Works) was quick and at a great price. Service argent did a very good job answering my questions and keeping me updated on work progress. Only thing I had a little concern about was the tire pressure was about 3psi higher on all tires than specified by manufacturer.

Employee tht helped me didn't help me.
I got charged a diag fee and I still don't know what's wrong with my vehicle.
My bill was quoted way to high for the work I requested and I was without my vehicle for 3days because it was a dealership just for nothing. Very disappointed with the assistance I received from my help. Guy behaved like he was on vacation when he saw me walking thru the door. No urgency,and I felt like an outcast

Each time we take the vehicle I. For service, for some reason, they will forget to put things back together. For example, time before last, they forgot to secure the battery. This last appointment, they forgot to secure the engine cover and perhaps the battery again as the car is slow to start.

As a customer, I have a general expectation that [any shop will do] the repairs/service right the first time. But ultimately for me, what made the difference was my service advisor (Jose). He was the difference-make and the reason why I am now a repeat customer.

Very Poor experience. I parked the car in the dealership and their service advisor said the battery has failed so they will have to change the battery. These guys not run the ford dealership but scams.
I will not suggest anyone to go there specially if you own the fleet vehicle.

My fists was great! My appointment was scheduled for 7am and i was there til about 8:20 am. Shout to the gentle Eric Hernandez and aka Super Mario. These young men came to work with such great enthusiasm and attitudes. I laughed so much towards the end of my visit with them making the rest of my day wonderful.
