We had problems with the engine light coming on so we brought Doggett dodge and I worked on it but the engine light came on again so we brought it back and so they said they fixed the problem now so we haven't had any problem with the light coming back on so far

I bought my Dodge in for service and 6 days later they called for me the pick up with a total amount of 1,800. And some change my my Durango still not running right i make it my business not to use shade tree mechanics but i think they are right there in Dodge service apparently.

They never contacted me to say the part that I had back ordered back in August had come in. Went up there to check the status and apparently it had been there without my name for who knows how long. Had the part installed and was told that it fixed the issue, that was a lie, the issue is still there. I've basically accepted that they can't fix my Jeep.

I didn't have an appointment, yet I really needed to get my oil changed; Taylor (Service Tech) and Lauren (Service Manager) went out of their way to make me feel beyond special - and they didn't hesitate to service my Promaster. These ladies make me want to return to Mike Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM again - and I most definitely will!

The service took about 3 hours, but didn't felt that long, given all the items that were required to be inspected or performed. I was explained clearly of all and any changes in the service performed in my car, including the cost of new parts, if any. I had a follow up by them, too, and I felt accompanied all the way along.

It took 4 days to change a starter and oil change with tire rotation. It had oil spill on the oil intake and cover. Did not provide me with transportation for the days the car was in the shop. Poor service and communication. Car is running fine so far.

Upon arriving in Beaumont Texas I needed service after having service done in Virginia for a road trip. Personnel was very attentive and I liked the posture they took to walk me to my car and discussed what the issue was. I felt welcomed back to Texas with a warm hospitality! The issue was RF caliper was missing a bolt and rear differential service was performed. Cost $271.40

the service on my vehicle was sad. now my motor is acting up after i put a motor in tgis same car about 4 year ago there should be nothing wrong with my car, but unfortunately who ever work on my car told me some is wrong with the motor and that why my car is cutting off and on

10 minutes after I drove away, the light and the warning "service engine" went on again. It cost me almost $180 for this service to just erase codes, and not really tackling the issue of the light, or giving me advice that there is no need to worry about it. I tried to call back, no answer. I email the service, no answer. Do I have to take mi vehicle again to the service, maybe pay again? I don't know, I need to think about it.

I was impressed with the texting communications about the service on my car while I waited. The customer waiting area was clean and very comfortable. Fast service and very easy to get in and out. Only downside is that the tech that performed the update forgot to run the truck and my truck through a code. I was still at the dealership when I noticed that and the issue was easily resolved within minutes. So no major issue there but probably should've never happened.

Horrible. First I showed up for scheduled appt, they didnt have me down. Picked up my car after service completed, found huge crack in windshield and said it was an existing issue when I had no cracks or chips before, drove car home and issue car was brought in for not repaired. Windshield being replaced and car being brought back in - worst first experience.

Took weeks to repair a misfire and to properly diagnose my vehicle. Finally after the repair had to return vehicle for check engine light back on due to neglects of mechanical work done. Service advisors and techs need to communicate better and more efficiently.

The end product was functional. They did diagnosis it very quick. But on the other hand I keep calling to find out when I would get my car back. They kept pushing my finish date back. Than after a week of getting no answers I finally was offered a take home vehicle until I had my vehicle finished.

I was back in my hometown for the weekend and had problems with my car starting. Luckily they were open and had a battery instock to replace my battery which was apparently bad, even though I've only had this car for 6 weeks and it came directly from the factory. They definitely took care of me and got me back on the road to get home.
