Dobson did an amazing job fixing my 1998 Cadillac Eldorado I had the car at 3 different places and everyone said I needed a new engine they were all wrong the men at Dobson discover it was a computer issue with my cooling system so they save me at least $6500. I would recommend them 100 percent thank you so much Dobson I will always have my cars serviced with you

I have been going to Dobsons for years now. They always fully explain the repairs needed and the costs and most importantly I usually have my car back either that day or the next. All work is warranted and once I had to return for the same issue (a part that failed) and it was repaired at no cost. Great mechanics and friendly staff! My go to place for all of my four vehicles.

To be honest I'm not even sure what I paid for besides more problems.
I brought my car in because it had an running issue. I was told that the $130 diagnostic WOULD figure out the issue I'm having. Since the shop getting my car towed in, they said they spent 6-8 hours on figuring out the issue of no acceleration and the car cutting off and can't spend anymore time without anymore money.
They also claim that I had an oil light come on which threw a code for an oil pressure sending unit. I cannot confirm not deny this but it was not one of my issues I was having nor did I have an oil light.
When we agreed I would just take it home, I didn't even get more than 100 feet from their building with my vehicle before it died. Thankfully this was a side street before I pulled out onto a main road.
I now an engine light on that was never on to begin with that they said they are unable to clear. I have an oil light on that was also not on. I did point this out to the guy but he said it only goes on when the vehicle died which is just not true. I also had a low tire which it's Michigan so I get it. My car now has MORE issues and I'm out $300 and still my vehicle. I am not happy with my first experience here and it will most definitely be my last.
My car also stinks so bad like they must have had it in the shop windows all the way down and were spraying chemicals near it.

This company is very good at what they do, I will trust them with all of my vehicles, especially my 1978 Ford bronco. They are very very good with older vehicles. I've seen probably $$$ million dollars worth of vehicles in their garage. Love it.
