My car was finished with an emissions inspection and oil change within a hour of my appointment time, even though they were very busy. When they forgot to fill my washer fluid they came out immediately to do so when I let them know. Service was friendly.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a vacation check. Dobb's staff finished the oil change and tire rotation quickly, then checked for problem areas. They let me know the status of a problem and how quickly the problem needed to be dealt with or if I had time and could watch it; we made a decision together and then they were able to take care of the problem quickly - within half a day.

Convenient and honest service. However I have requested an estimate to replace the timing belt on my Subaru Outback at the last two service visits and the shop personnel have yet to provide one. I guess they want me to go to the dealer for that task.

Service was fine, but nothing special or above and beyond about it. Nearly $100 for an oil change is way too steep. Add in the fact that it's necessary to drop off the vehicle for the whole day, and no other services were rendered, it's not good bang for my buck, at all. No other fluids were topped off, not even wiper fluid. No other inspections were done.

I called the shop and inquired about getting my 2012 Ford Escape air conditioner troubleshot for no cold air. The problem was found and the A/C is kicking now. Although there are DOBBS close to my house I'll drive to the Sunset Hills shop.
