It appears that the shop has allowed customer service to go downhill. My car had a service light on for a bad tire pressure monitor sensor. Yet no employee of Dobbs ever called to recommend having it repaired while it was at the shop for 2 days. Had they called, they would have learned that I had asked for the repair when I scheduled the work.
While replacing sensors while I was there picking my car up, service advisor mention in passing that my rear tires were in need of replacing but never offered pricing and I had to request pricing.
