BBB and DOJ report submitted. Qoutes $680 for fuel leak, found the leak and proceeded to do more work than we authorized. Hit us with a $1,600 bill. Paid out of fear we would not get the car back. Picked it up at 8pm and found my front bumper to have major cosmetic damage with part of it completely unclipped from the headlight. After sending emails to get the price fixed and car damage repared, the shop went radio silent. Looking through past records I have found that they also claimed to use synthetic oil in my power wagon, made me pay the synthetic oil price but then put European synthetic oil into the truck. Power wagons should never have European synthetic oil, especially when I pay full price for actual synthetic oil. Never EVER go to this place. Awaiting a resolution and will seek small claims if needed. Sad to know how untrustworthy they really are.

good morning - we are nevr happy to see a review like this - I was involved in the repai of the fuel leak so i can speak with you directly about the process that was done . as far as the power wagon - This vehicle with the 6.4 engine requires a European spec grade oil 0w-40 or 5w/40 full synthetic - I will email/ text you that info for future services. You are correct you were quoted 680.00 for initial removal of the fuel tank to determine the fuel leak- you were also notified this amount would be the starting point plus what we find- after removal we noticed a stain where fuel had leaked but no visible gas leak and we verified tank was completly full- w then used a smoke machine to apply a small pressure to tank along with smoke - still no fuel leak - w ethen sprayed tank w/ soapy waterand saw some bubbling at fuel pump retaining ring which was very rusted - on this jeep there are actually 2 fuel pumps and we decided to replace both sides and the gaskets to prevent another leak- we texted you our findings and agreed to work needed -the only addition parts were replacement of rusted exhaust flange bolt/ tension springs and bolts - I will be in touch to discuss this further and not sure about the bumper issue- we did not work in that area - please forward the emails you say you sent to my email Diversifiedautodave@gmail.com or simply call me
