Friendly staff that kept me posted on the progress of the job and charged a fair price. Neither this or the Downtown location are fancy places like the dealership. But Discount does good work and they don't jack you around. The only complaint I have about the Kanis location is that it doesn't have wi-fi. But that's small potatoes.

This is my favorite place to have my car serviced. I don't feel that I'll be swindled and Mr. Lorenzo and Mr. Ken are always open and honest if they do notice an issue with my car, which I appreciate. If my car is serviced and then I notice an issue, unlike most dealerships they'll tell me to bring my car back for inspection with charging a fee. That shows integrity.

I'm so happy I moved from my former big name tire service provider to Discount Tire and Brake! Customer service was impeccable! Lorenzo was friendly over the phone and even more so in person. He and the installers helped me decide what I wanted, made sure the oversize tires fit well with the front-end leveling kit they installed and made sure I was satisfied. Friendly people at the front desk. I trust they do the work they say they will. Probably less expensive somewhere else, but it's convenient for me to drop off and walk to work, so that offsets the price, since I don't have to sit and wait somewhere else and miss work.

My only complaint is that the OWNER needs to deep clean the premises and make obvious needed upgrades and repairs to the premises!
