Fest friendly honest service. I had a problem other service centers told me I need a new tire for. Discount Tire in Burbank, not only fixed my problem, they did it FREE! OMG these guys, Tony and Jason, are the greatest. They have a service customer for life!
The only caveat I can give is, don't come in on Sunday unless you absolutely must. They are very busy!

Service was Great, even without an appointment they were able to get the four tires I badly needed for my Prius right away while I waited. My service advisor was very pleasant as he greeted me a soon as I landed at the shop & took care of me quickly.

Took my car in to get a nail out of my tire. It turns out that I had two nails in one of the tires so they fixed it for FREE. Tony was very helpful upon my initial arrival. He told me there would be a wait of about 4 hours. I was fine with that, it was walking distance from my worksite. i mentioned the promotional discount and he honored it without hesitation. He quoted me the discounted price and took my keys. 3 hours later he called that my car was ready for pick up.
