I specifically asked them to check my coolant level bc my light was on-they did not,my light remained on. I checked myself and added my own coolant once home. Also, each of my tires had a very different psi so I know that check wasn't performed either.

Good service but charged for emissions sticker $59.00 .(inspections supposed to be free)I can get both stickers for that in Beaver co. They said because they don't have emissions in Butler co. but they do have dealerships in Beaver County. Hope it's not a sign of things to come???

Hello and thank you for the good review. With Diehl Difference the labor for the State inspection is waived. However, the state bills us for each sticker that we do pass along. As far as emissions, we do not cover the labor or sticker. The cost would be the same at any PA Diehl location as the labor charge is the same across all the stores and the sticker fee comes from the state.

Fast and honest work. My wife had the tires rotated when there was leak a few weeks ago. I came in to Diehl and I had requested them rotate not knowing my wife already had it done. They completed my oil change and mentioned that the tires were already in the best placement and a rotation wasn't needed.

I dropped my car off the shuttle service took me to work and dropped me off. They serviced my car and kept me up to date on my car. When it was done the shuttle picked me up at work and dropped me off at the dealership where I was able to drive my serviced car home. Very convenient.

Having issues on getting the sliding door fixed. Got there after a week to pick it up and it still had the problem. Also found a bolt on the floor they missed putting back. Said they needed to order a cable but have yet to receive notification that it came in.

Every time I take my car in for service, the guy who greets me in the garage, always helps me get my walker out , open the doors for me and just are always helpful. They explain everything to me and if something needs to be replaced they show me what they need to do and the cost.

They changed the oil and checked everything brakes, fluids and etc. My coolant was a little low but they didn't have what my car needed. They said if I would get it then they can put it in. I bought it and just did it myself. But was nice to have a free oil change and everything checked.

Took my 2025 RAM 1500 in due to an error message that there was too much oil in the motor after they changed it 1 month prior. The staff was great at explaining the message and but was ultimately not able to get the error to clear. I can't say enough great in regards to the staff but RAM definitely needs to provide a better solution than an electronic sensor to monitor oil level.

My issue is still not fixed and Service has no options for me. I did not have a tire losing air before I came in to get the pressure sensor replaced and now that tire keeps losing air. I do not want to buy a new tire, nor do I want to keep coming back having no fix.

Haven't Used the panoramic roof yet due to being its winter. But it has an extra 2-year warranty now I think the service techs there didn't know exactly how to do it ,and they didn't want to do it Wrong but they brought someone in that specialized in that kind of work" which I'm glad they did" so it did take a little longer but that was no problem I did have a rental car

The quality isnt there anymore. Interior materials used aren't what they used to be, prime example is the leather(foe) wares immediately. Reported it to dodge and of course "its within tolerances" note 3500 miles in. It's a shame for what you pay.
