They contacted me all through the process, letting me know what was wrong with the car. We used an extended warranty to pay for half of the repairs.
The air conditioner had gone out, that was under warranty.
I have had the car for 10 years and just replaced the back struts and replaced the serpentine belt. They are great to work with. They finished the car two days earlier than expected. Thank you very much, Bob Zahrt.
