Took my beetle for service. When they rotated my tires they gauged 2 of my wheels. Nobody took accountability. When I took my car back for them to repair it took another 9 days. Service manager was nice at the beginning. But she was rude and short in the end. If I had to rate her it would be a 2. She never even offered a any compensation for my time etc..
I have bought 5 Brand new cars through Hannah. Sales superb. Service not so much. NEVER WILL THEY EVER SERVICE MY cars.

Vlad the Team Service Manager was excellent! He was great at keeping me well informed on the progress of my car and any repair activity complete with pictures! They were even able to find things that my repair shop had missed!
