I liked that the service team inspected the car for other safety hazards than the service I came in for. I didn't like that I could not be assured of a loaner car until I appeared for my appointment. That was too late to "cancel" my friend coming to pick me up.

Nice service team, but as with any dealership, more expensive. The price match guarantee is essentially unattainable for tire service because shops all offer similar tires with different part numbers. Will likely start looking for service elsewhere since warranty has expired.

I had brought my car in because the engine light was on. Came in at 4pm. They ran a diagnostic test to show car needed repair immediately. Tristan was able to secure me a loaner car and schedule service. Service was finished by before 10:30am the next day- appreciate the quick service

I was told by Christopher on 5/21 my full front brake system would be replaced, due to a recall, and it would be 3-4 weeks to get brake package in. Over the past month the grinding noise is now extremely loud and when I called yesterday for an update, I was told I'd get a call back but still no call and dealing with the loud grinding noise and seems my alignment and tires are effected by the issue.
