Easy in and out. The manager sets up a lyft ride to get me home and driver shows up 3 minutes later. I like using the dealer- Hannah, for maintenance as I purchased an extended warranty and don't want to have any issues if something significant pops up. People there are always friendly, and good communication. Thanks for the help keeping my truck running smoothly!

I was informed of an filter service that is critical to replace. If prolonged it could cause major engine damage. They took my truck without an appointment and had it fixed in a few hours. They do a great job. May be a little pricey but at least I know my truck is being fixed right.

Advisor Jeff was not knowledgeable and horrible in communication. It took him 1 week and keep my vehicle all that time and could not get it done. But also he just acted like he did not understand me when asked him to speak a shop manager. He acted like he never exist. When shop manager stepped in he took care of the problem literally in two hours.

Told me they couldn't replicate the issue of my hard shifting transmission however it did need some updates. Warranty covered most of the updates less the $325 I had to pay. It is shifting a lot better however it has slammed into gear twice now that I have noticed since getting it back. Much better than it was but still not totally fixed.
