The first person that you speak to when you drive up has a very negative attitude. He said the service I needed was not available. When I spoke to the service manager all the services were offered. This guy does not need to be dealing with customers. He has knowledge of what is offered at this location.

We liked everything about the dealership. We broke down on interstate 65 North of Birmingham and had to be towed to the nearest Buick dealership, Rich's towing was super. DJ diagnosed the problem and got us fixed and on the road again. The staff and the repair personnel were great and I would give them a very high rating.

My tires were rotated with my oil change. Either Dewey barber didn't enter it or car fax didn't enter it . This is the second time I have received an email from carfax telling me tire rotation is due. Either get the information right or unenroll my vehicle in this program. Your records make it look like I'm not maintaining my truck which is wrong.
