My jeep is fixed, however I was hoping for more communication. The last time I had service done, it was done same time, and I was called once to be updated on progress. I totally understand how sometimes things take longer than expected, however, I had to call every couple days to be updated, and it took two weeks total! Just an update every couple of days on the service desks part would have been nice

The staff quickly got my car in and done. One thing I did not like was all of my fluid levels were not tipped off. Re: my antifreeze was almost empty any my washer fluid was not filled. They are very pleasant and always willing to help out.

They were very friendly and professional. They did come down a couple of hundred on the price. Everything went very well. They took care of everything with the license plate so I didn't have to go to the DMV but they wouldn't give me any gas for the vehicle because I guess they're only allowed to give a quarter of a tank nowadays on used vehicles and that's what the vehicle had in it.

Spent two weeks trying to get into the shop; they don't do appointment. While they did fix the fuel sensor and exhaust manifold They did not inspect the AirRide Suspension beyond watching from the parking lot. I told them how it was leaking, even sent them a video; they found no issue because they only look at error codes.

Car was taken in due to check engine light being on. Spent $1200 on some engine work and the light was off...for two days! Took it back, more work done, another $300 and the next morning the light was on. Back again and they tell us for $1200, they can "try" some suggestions from Chrysler but no guarantee! I DONT THINK SO!!
