My impression was friendly but when they took advantage of my elderly stepfather &myself..Brandon sales manager swindle us out of a truck to a car..Sold the truck whole sale without our knowledge..Inform us they was not going to give back our Monterey down payment..We are very upset confused and mislead on what happen..I give Destination Ford "F" rating...Buyers Beware!!!

Diagnosed, ordered parts then called when the parts came in and had me return to complete.the repair. Wrapped it up in 2 days and provided a loaner car . I drove past 2 other Ford dealerships to go to Destination Ford and will continue to do so for the prompt and efficent service they provide.

They refused to use the coupon they sent me for my oil change. They said it was for a Ford, not a Honda; even though they have accepted it before. We have bought four vehicles from them and like the sales manager and salesman that sold all the vehicles to us. I reported this incident to them and they offered to pay for services out of their own pockets. That is how nice they are. I declined and went elsewhere.
