Reached out to Pat (The store mgr) about new tires , he give me a time to be there , when I arrived they took me in, got my truck in quick and Replaced my Tires and had me in and out in about hour and a half. Great people to deal with. Great Service!!!

Was a Great experience. Didnt need an appt for an oil change. Took me right in. Overall time was about an 1 1/2 that included time to get to my truck in. A tire rotation. And a brake check This is a Great place to take a vehicle. All the guys there are Great!!

Work was performed fast. Had to make a second trip to shop because next service date sticker was not put on windshield. And then the service guy just handed me the Sticker instead of installing it. Until this oil change I have never paid 100$ for an oil change even with tire rotation which supposedly free with oil change. My oil change experience has also included fluid top-off. Not this one. Wiper reservoir bone dry.

Work completed in a timely manner, since I had to rent a car while vehicle was being repaired and maintenance.
Gave rating based on having to return within a few minutes when my turn signal was not working.
The service center did not make me wait and took my car right away to a technician, but had to wait about 45 minutes, to be told the turn signal bulb had been corrected, it was in backwards?

I was experiencing some abnormalities with my vehicle. I took my car to DWT for a diagnostic. I was informed of the problem and the cost. When I picked up my car, it was running much smoother. I appreciate their assistance. My only hiccup was the length of time it too to get my vehicle serviced. I dropped my car off a little after 8 a.m. After waiting for several hours and not hearing anything on the status of my car, I called about 3 p.m., and the technician was just about to perform the diagnostic. Perhaps they thought I was a "walk-in", but I had spoken with one of the managers the day before, who said he'd put down as an appointment. But other than that, I am pleased so far.
