I asked for a basic oil change and they charged me for a full synthetic oil change and the last time I went to a different location thy were stripping bolts on a bracket to get the air filter out when you dont even need to take it off. They just like using power tools for no reason

Quick, convenient and efficient. They obviously ask about replacing things like air filters and they ask about whatever their records show as due that they're capable of, but not at all pushy. They recognized I had a new air filter, for example, and they didn't even bother to ask.
