I was on my way from Pittsburgh to buy a vehicle. They sold it on my way there. They didn't even have the courtesy to let me know until I got to the dealership. The salesman hid behind his desk and sent the manager out. Bad business practice. Would never go back.

Tim and his team are the best. Don't trust your Nissan to other places except a certified Nissan dealership, especially if it involves a safety matter like brake replacement. If you go somewhere else you may be risking things like brakes being installed incorrectly.

Excellent service,but im disappointed in the price I was quoted to have my back brakes replaced. $437!!! I bought brakes myself and they were $37. My son in law put them on for me. I understand that the dealership has to make money ,but seriously,the prices being charged are unreal . And it's sad,cause I don't have that much money to pay . So, I know my feedback will go unnoticed,but at least I gave an honest one

I arrived at the nisson service garage to have a safety alert recall addressed. I was immediately greeted by a service attendant and was directed to the waiting area while my safety alert recall was addressed. They corrected the problem and also provided me a thirty-five point inspection and washed my vehicle while I waited. Every thing was fine with the vehicle and my wait time was minimal. I was pleased with the service provided.

Third service appointment, and still feel comfortable. There was no bullsh#t trying to get me to doormen more. They didn't have the tires I wanted for my car. So they gave me a nice car to use until the next day. My car was done and ready to pick up before I was ready to pick it up. That was cool

We live in NC for 9 months of the year and in PA for the summer. I was happy to establish a relationship with our local Nissan dealer. They honored by Nissan service for oil change and performed routine maintenance based upon the mileage. Was glad to have it don.

Routine maintenance done routinely. Recommended services would have cost $1,000.00. I have owned 12 new cars, driven most of them 100,000 miles and I do not remember ever changing the transmission fluid and have never had any transmission problems. Why should I change this fluid at 60,000 miles? Same thing with brake fluid. To do both would have cost over $500.00
