Was the 2nd time my truck was in there for the same prob within 2 wks. On the this visit, around Dec.10, I was told the products would be in right after Christmas. I waited till after the first of the year and called, the parts had not shown up and then I call back 2 weeks later and "Oh yes they are here" I'm dissatisfied that the service dept did not call and give updates, or inform me they had arrived.
Then they tried to collect another 100.00 deductible. Not very could customer service
