They fixed recall, and did back brakes and resurfaced my rotors. I asked them if they could get a screw out of my tire but never heard anything back. They said they would call when my truck was done, they never did. I had to call them hours later and to find out it was done hours before. So they did my back brakes and they still squeak. So don't think they fixed them. Pretty disappointing for paying what I did and they still squeak.

Owned the truck for 2 months had tons of issues right outta the gate. Terrible experience with the service department truck went in for engine repairs 4 times and came out with a new problem every time. The last time I got it back I took it elsewhere and had it inspected than did the repairs personally. 10/10 do not recommend DeeryBrothers.

They did an excellent service but not very with their timing please stick to your appointment schedule not work on hours after you dropped the car off. It's very to get your there for an early appointment and not worked till later unexceptionable no excuse

Had my car for over 3 months. Came back with more problems than it was sent in for. Warranty covered a transmission replacement, they said nothing for 3 months about any other work needed, contact me the day before pick up stating that now the water pump and timing needs replaced and the warranty I bought from them when I bought the car had a cap on the amount that they'd cover, yet it was never disclosed.

Even though I didn't buy my car from them, they still worked on my car. They even used the car part I had brought in. I was disappointed that my car was not done when they said it would be, my husband was supposed to swap out vehicles and it delayed us a little. But things happen sometimes, they did a good job and I have not had any issues with my car since.

Service was fine But price was outrageous Had a seat belt that the cable broke where it attaches to the seat Was charged over $500! A bit much for something that didn't take very long to replace Should never have broken especially when if is something that is supposed to save your life! Would think GM would cover at least part of it!

Took all day for an oil change and tire rotation. Missed the courtesy driver cut-off. Did not rotate tires correctly. Truck had body odor in it. Left the truck unlocked in the parking lot after hours.

I went in for a routine oil change. They didn't give me the sticker for my next oil change, I had to ask for the inspection sheet. They didn't put air in the tire or wash my wife's truck. For a $100, I expected air in the tire at least.
