We have attempted Classic Kia in Smithfield which is closer to home but that was a complete disaster and waste of time. Inexperienced employees and Lack of inventory.

Had a piece of window molding replaced and requested tires to be balanced since I was bring car in for that. My mistake for not asking for an estimated window of how long the service would take since I was waiting on the vehicle. Lesa was great and offered a loaner car to get some lunch. Everyone is always very courteous and professional!

I liked the communication (texting). It's much more efficient than playing phone tag. No surprises or miscommunication. The service was excellent & my vehicle was returned in a timely manner.
What I didn't like was waiting for the staff to contact the bank because I paid with a check. That took about 20 minutes a total waste of my time. Next time I'll pay with a card or cash.
