We had our Odyssey towed to the dealership due to a flashing engine light with associated power loss. They were able to diagnose it and informed us that it was under a recall for the spark plugs and rings which was completely covered by Honda. They were expeditious in fixing the problem and had it back to us in 3 days.

John at the service desk was able to provide me with a ride home. So far after fixing my alternator, its only been 1 day but everything seems to be good.. They even picked me up from my house after it was fixed to bring me back to honda to pick up my car. The only problem was the price was high. But it was 17 yrs for my alternator to go out on my 2008 honda accord..Christian and Jimmy were all great.

The service guy was very helpful. I was told that cabin filter was about $62 , with oil change and tire rotation, was thinking the price would run about $180 but was over $ 200 when finish . Something extra was done without letting me know first. I even ask about how much it would cost on the phone.

Trey Jones was a big help in getting the part for my recall in a time sufficient manner. He told me to go to Honda to get it repaired once he got the part in. I was quoted an hour and a half. I checked in with the desk at the hour and a half mark and they said it was ready.
