Right hand doesn't know what the Left hand is doing. Good job installing keyless entry but when they brought me my paper work, he informed me after asking for the plastic card card and instructions to enter my own passcode that it didn't come with it and I would have to reschedule an appointment ($$$) to do another code. Only to look in my glove box to find the card and instructions that the installer had placed in there.

We took our 2021 Explorer in for a terrible squeak in the front end. They said that the struts were bad and replaced them for $1300.00. The squeak is still there and getting worse. We sent a note to them and got an automated response. Not at all happy with their diagnosis and repair.

Told them what the screen did , was push a side like I was making it up " strip on back has not lined up since I bought the car also said nothing was wrong but you can clearly see it! After 2 weeks getting service work done new valve cover gaskets, and body shop work completed, got the car back. Now if headlights are turned on dash lights do not work Either ground accidently is nit hooked up, corroded, or light or dimmer switch for dash light is bad. It worked prior to work being done. Almost wondering if I should bring it back in.
